3月29日，英矽智能在港交所发布公告，已与礼来公司达成授权及研发合作，双方将依托英矽智能的人工智能药物研发平台，加速多个治疗领域创新疗法的探索与开发。根据协议条款，英矽智能有望获得1.15亿美元首付款，并在实现研发、监管及商业化里程碑后获得后续款项，潜在交易总额最高约27.5亿美元；同时还将获得基于销售额的分级特许权使用费。

Subnets were a layer-2 scaling initiative, originally pitched as Hyperchains, that consumed years of engineering effort without real customer development work. No one had validated that developers needed these capabilities on yet another layer, effectively an L3 relative to Bitcoin. The ecosystem eventually learned, very late, that developers expected fast blocks and high throughput on Stacks itself, if only for competitive positioning. The multi-year tangent shipped mostly quietly and partially. There was no traction.
